  • Staying Sporty in Midlife: I’m still running, playing tennis and kickboxing, so I get what it takes to keep up when you’re not in your 20s anymore.

  • Training Through Setbacks: From injuries to long-term conditions, I’ve had to adapt—and I’ll help you do the same.
